What does it cost to join?
Nothing. No subscriptions, no listing fees, no exclusivity. You only ever earn.
Do I have to give up my own clients?
No. You keep every client and relationship and layer our signed mandates on top.
How much do I get paid?
Up to 20% of the candidate's first-year base salary, set per role and shown before you submit.
Is there a volume or placement requirement?
No quotas. Send one candidate or a hundred, the deal is the same.
What happens if a placed candidate leaves early?
Placements carry a 90-day client guarantee. Inside that window your payout is prorated to time worked, not clawed back in full. After 90 days your fee is yours.
